Time for the conversations only you can have.
The admin moves to the system. The relationships stay with you.
For B2B sellers new to AI
For sellers who have barely used AI. Answer a few questions, and it runs your mornings, follow-ups and prep.
3 things need you. 11 handled or parked.
You don't need to know how to prompt, code or "use AI". If you can answer questions about your job, you can set this up.
Already an AI power user? You'll still save setup time, but this kit is written for beginners.
Same job, same accounts, same calendar. The difference is who does the legwork.
An illustration of a typical week. Your rhythm, your rules.
The admin moves to the system. The relationships stay with you.
It knows your accounts, people and priorities. You stop re-explaining.
Built from emails you wrote. Drafts read like you, not like a bot.
Overdue next steps, quiet accounts and stalled deals surface on their own, with the evidence.
Every edit you make teaches it. New rules are proposed, never imposed.
How it works
Most routines start on their own at the time you choose. Pick an example and watch one run.
Reads what it needs: inbox, calendar, notes or tracker.
Sends each item to the right desk and filters the noise.
Writes briefs, updates and replies, in your voice.
Nothing leaves until you say yes.
Tip: point at a task to see what it does. Set the times once in your AI tool and change them any time.
Example runs with sample accounts. Your runs use your own inbox, calendar, notes and tracker.
Every action has a level. The system knows which ones it may do alone, and which ones wait for you.
Reading, summarising, ranking and drafting for you to look at.
Changes to your own records: tracker rows, memory and calendar holds.
Anything another person will see, and any price, promise or deletion.
The kit
Each level includes everything below it, so you can start small and upgrade without redoing anything.
For anyone new to AI. In about an hour your assistant knows your job, follows your rules and writes like you.
Inside the kit
For sellers who want the daily rhythm handled: briefs, prep, follow-ups and a tracker that stays current.
Inside the kit
For people who want the system to notice what changed, filter the noise and improve from their corrections.
Inside the kit
The price per seat drops as your team grows. Still a one-off payment, plus a rollout guide and a shared team file so everyone starts from the same rules.
“I built this for my own quota-carrying job. I run my week on it every day. Now you can install the same system.”Hasse Dalberg, channel and partner management, B2B tech

No, it is written for you. You copy, paste and answer questions about your job in plain language. Every kit opens with a short guide that explains each term and gets you a first useful result in ten minutes, before you set anything up.
Use the one your employer allows. If you can choose freely, ChatGPT or Claude are the easiest places to start. The kit has a one-page comparison of ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini, and the install guide has steps for each.
No. The kit is text files, prompts you copy and paste, and a spreadsheet. Nothing is installed on your computer. The only script in the kit is an optional health check in Command, and you never need to run it.
Foundation takes about an hour: a 20 minute setup interview, 10 minutes to capture your writing voice, and 20 minutes to install. Operator adds about 90 minutes. Command adds about an hour, best done after a week on Operator.
You paste the setup interview into your AI assistant and answer about 15 questions about your job. You paste five emails you wrote so it learns your style. Then you create a project in your AI tool, paste in the instructions, upload three files, and run five short checks to see that it works.
A zip file with a folder of plain text files you can open in any text editor, plus a ready-made spreadsheet (Operator and Command) and a one-page dashboard that opens in your browser (Command). Foundation has 15 files, Operator 39 and Command 55, including a START-HERE guide that opens in your browser.
The core of the system: master instructions for your assistant, a routing map that sorts your work into desks, a memory file for facts about you and your accounts, a voice guide built from your own emails, the setup interview, install guides for four AI tools, and reference guides for daily commands and troubleshooting.
Four desks with their own rules and memory (Planning, Accounts, Pipeline, Email), an accounts tracker spreadsheet, an approval gate, and nine ready routines: morning brief, week plan, inbox sweep, follow-up nudges, meeting prep, meeting intake, day wrap, Friday review and manager update. Plus a weekly schedule showing when each one runs.
The layers that watch and learn: an orchestrator that checks what changed every morning, a noise filter so only the top items reach you, a relationship layer that gives every account a status and a next step, a learning loop that turns your corrections into proposed rules, a health check, a dashboard and six more routines such as renewal radar, forecast prep and account news.
New to AI: start with Foundation and get used to it for a week. Want your daily rhythm handled (briefs, follow-ups, prep): Operator. Managing many accounts and a pipeline you report on: Command, ideally after a week on Operator. You can always upgrade and only pay the difference.
Inside the AI assistant you already use. In ChatGPT and Claude it lives in a Project, in Copilot in a Notebook, in Gemini in a Gem. There is no separate app and no new login. Every chat you start inside that project already knows your job and your rules.
A desk is one kind of work with its own rules: Planning ranks your week, Accounts briefs you on a customer, Pipeline checks your deals, Email writes in your voice. When you ask for something, the assistant picks the right desk first, so it answers like a specialist instead of a generalist.
A routine is a ready-made request with a fixed format, like the morning brief. You type its name, for example "morning brief", and it runs. If your AI tool can schedule tasks, you can set it to run on its own at the time you choose; if not, the kit shows a simple calendar-reminder fallback.
Only if your AI tool is connected to them, which depends on the tool, your plan and what your employer allows. If it is not connected, you paste in what matters (a few emails, your calendar for the day) and the routine does the rest. The brief always tells you which sources it could not see.
A spreadsheet with three sheets: Accounts (status, health, next step), Activity Log (what happened, when) and Pipeline (deals, stages, values). It flags overdue next steps and stalled deals by itself. You can type into it or paste an export from your CRM.
Yes. In every level you can say "remember this" to save a fact. In Command, a learning loop watches how you correct its drafts and proposes new rules, for example "keep first emails under 90 words". Nothing changes until you approve it.
Yes. The kit is written in English, but you can tell your assistant to reply in the language each email was written in, or always in Danish, German or any other language your AI tool supports.
No. Every action has a level. Green (reading, ranking, drafting) it just does. Amber (changes to your tracker or memory) it asks first. Red (anything another person will see, any price or promise) it shows you the final version and waits for your yes.
Wherever you put it. The kit has no tracking and sends nothing anywhere. What you type into your AI tool is handled under that tool's own terms. Use the AI tool your employer approves, and keep customer data where your company's rules allow.
It is built to say when it does not know rather than guess, and to show its sources. You always read before anything goes out. If an answer is off, tell it what is wrong; the troubleshooting guide covers the most common fixes.
Neither. It is a one-off payment for a kit you download and keep. You work through it at your own pace.
Yes. Every level drops into the same folder, and nothing you have filled in gets overwritten. You only pay the difference in price.
Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.
If we improve the level you bought, we may send you the new version at no extra cost. The change notes say exactly which files are new, so you never redo your setup.
Each single licence is for one person. For 3 to 49 people, buy a team licence in the Teams section: the price per seat drops from 20% off at 3 seats to 40% off at 25. For 50 or more, write to hello@firstlightos.ai.
Begin with Foundation, follow the steps in plain language, and have your first morning brief by Monday.
